BOC Studio was involved from the earliest stages of the project, working closely with the homeowners to shape a home where architecture, interiors, and landscape feel intrinsically connected.

The design reinterprets Spanish influences through a contemporary lens, balancing warmth and character with clean lines and a relaxed approach to everyday living. The result reflects the family itself: active, modern, and full of life.

Spatial planning was developed around natural light, views, and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The orientation and function of each room were carefully considered in response to how the home changes throughout the day.

From layout and materiality to finishes, plumbing fixtures, color, and texture, each element contributes to a cohesive architectural language, creating a home that feels timeless, personal, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
