The design concept draws from Los Angeles mid-century modernism, reinterpreted through a contemporary and highly tactile lens.

Clean architectural lines are balanced by an earthy palette of raw, natural materials, concrete, warm wood, natural stone, and textured finishes, bringing depth and warmth to the modern aesthetic.

The concept embraces the relaxed spirit of California living, creating a visual language that feels sophisticated yet effortless, timeless yet distinctly modern, and deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
